This flipchart is part of a series of tools developed by the UNDP to improve the implementation of human rights norms in the context of HIV in Eastern and Southern Africa. It is designed for use by government officials, parliamentarians, judiciary members, lawyers, Civil Society Organizationss, people living with HIV, and other stakeholders.
