The logic underlying this project is if people have increased trust and confidence in the permanent constitution making and electoral process and can benefit from improved social services, then the likelihood of South Sudan relapsing into conflict will be reduced. Trust levels amongst communities will have substantially improved and grievances will be addressed amicably through institutions whose capacities have been enabled to handle disputes and offer improved basic services to citizens.
