The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the capacities of the RPA to become a center of excellence in peace keeping training within the region by among other others improving its training, research and financial sustainability capacities.

As a result of this project, the training and research and financial capacities of the RPA to provide high quality training in peace building as well as in conflict prevention and management will be strengthened.
